Sprouted moong (green gram) - 2 cups (parboiled with salt)
Onion -1,chopped finely
Green chilly -1,chopped finely
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp,chopped finely
Carrot - 1/4,grated (Optional)
Lime - 1/2,juice
Salt - to taste
Grated coconut - 1 tbsp
Oil -1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves -1 sprig
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned in the list.
- Heat oil ,splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves.
- Season it to the salad.
- Serve it with the main course.
