Pudina paratha is a delicious mint flavoured paratha,or may be called as an instant paratha since the stuffing is not done. This paratha came out very soft and tasty.I prepared palak paneer as an accompaniment with this paratha.Paratha's can be had for breakfast, lunch or dinner.Last time I prepared Pudina paratha in a traditional way and served it with Dum aloo.Do try both the recipes. Both are equally good.
