My husband had brought lots of ripe Mangoes from our factory garden and ever since my daughter saw that she wanted to eat Maavinkayi chitranna desperately.Immediately I called up Santoshi and asked the recipe and it seemed to be so easy peasy and I had some leftover rice in the fridge which I had prepared for Veg schezwan fried rice and that made my job more easier.I was surprised my Amchi food lover hubby also relished it to the core and I was damn happy.Again, today I prepared it for the breakfast on popular demand. Maavinakayi chitranna is a popular dish of Bangalore and is little bit tangy to taste.
