Green chutney is a mint and coriander flavored chutney which is great for sandwich spreads.Mint
adds freshness to this chutney.The addition of lemon juice enhances the flavors of mint and coriander and prevents discoloration of the greens.Green chutney
is probably the most favorite Indian
accompaniment.Crispy samosas,dhoklas,etc are considered incomplete without this
chutney.The chutney can be stored refrigerated for a week.Used best in the chaats.

Makes-1 cup
Ingredients:
Mint
leaves-2 cups(chopped)
Coriander
leaves-1 cup(chopped)
Lemon-2(juice)
Sugar-1
tbsp
Green chilies-4-6
Salt-to
taste
Method:
- Combine
all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste in a blender using very little
water.
- Refrigerate
and use as required.
