Ingredients:
Mushrooms-12
Milk-2
cups
Flour-2tsp
Onions -2
chopped
fresh
cream 1 cup
Bay leaf

Salt,sugar
and pepper to taste
Water-1/3

Cream-1/4
cup
Method:
1)Saute 6
chopped mushrooms in 1tsp butter for few minutes.
2)Add
this to the milk and keep it aside.
3)Again
take 1tsp butter,saute cinnamon and bay leaf,add chopped
onions,remaining 6 mushrooms and saute for sometime,please see that the color
of the onion does not change.
4)Then
fry flour until brown in color or till it smells.
5)Add 1/
3 cups of water and take a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
6)Then
strain this mixture and put this mixture in the milk and mushroom mixture.
7)Take a
boil,add salt ,pepper and sugar to taste.
8)Add
cream and again boil for 2 minutes.
9)Garnish
it with parsley.
10)Serve it hot in a soup bowl with a dash of cream and garlic bread.
Tips:You
can adjust the milk and water proportion as you need to adjust the consistency.
